Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Hudson, WI

"They worked fast and cheap. They were also able to remove my asbestos with me still in the home."

"Steve was wonderful to work with. We discovered we had mold following a water intrusion from the unit above us. Our condo association was recommending a big company they regularly work with but their quotes were ridiculously expensive. We decided to see if we could find someone ourselves. Within 30 minutes of submitting a request on Angie's List, I got a call from Steve. He came out later that day to give us an estimate and also provided an additional contingency in case the mold extended further than what was apparent. He worked with us on timing the date of the mold remediation so that it was coordinated with when we could get a drywaller in to replace the walls so we weren't living with open walls for too long (this was a concern since we have pets). On the day of the remediation he was on time and even finished in less time than expected. I would definitely recommend Bauer Property Services and would use them again for future mold remediation if I ever need it."

"It was awesome, came right out to the house the same day, answered all our questions and tested what we were not sure about... I thought it would b a big headache but it was painless! Just wish it was a little cheaper but I think it s probably pretty standard. I would definitely recommend them"

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"Honest, Thorough, and Proactively Solved Future Problems! We recently hired Valley Mold Services for a full, preventative mold and toxic material inspection, and the experience was exceptional. 1. Unbeatable Honesty: Unlike services that push unnecessary remediation, they provided a clear, honest assessment: we had no major issues. This transparency immediately established trust. 2. Expert, Proactive Value: The true benefit was the detailed consultation. Sarah identified minor moisture issues (e.g., condensation under the sink) that could have become major mold problems down the road. She provided a simple, step-by-step plan to fix them proactively. This saved us potential thousands in future repairs. 3. Simply the Best Investment: If you want a meticulous, knowledgeable inspector committed to your home's long-term health, hire Valley Mold Services. They will provide peace of mind and an actionable path forward. Highly recommended! Julie"
