"When I called, Brian came out the very next day for an estimate.  The day of the work the workers showed up at 7:50am and went straight to work.  They missed one crack in the crawlspace and immediately went to work on it.  They sealed 4 cracks externally that were above grade.  The men were courteous, hard working, and very thorough.  They finished around 4pm.  My other quote was for $5000+ for the cracks.  I spent $900 for the exact same service.
