"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

Sent us an estimate the same night, which included everything we asked for, including a copy of their certificate to operate. We agreed to contract and signed it the next day. They sent us a date work would be done and arrived on time to do it. Work was done the same day, clean up was done perfectly and we paid them. We were very satisfied with entire process. Their site Supervisor is a type of Supervisor that definitely pays attention to the smallest details which helps to mitigate any situations before it became a concern.
