"The inspection and mold assessment was very professional.. performed by Cape Cod Inspections who referred to the Mold Doctors..... The two gentlemen who did the actual mold and allergen removal were from the Mold Doctors and were the best....on time, they both worked hard to complete the job on time and provided us with information as the job moved along----job took 5-6 days and we are really happy with the quality and professionalism From Paul and Mary F---S Chatham, MA"

"Exceptional service beginning with the owner Rich, team leader Wally, and the entire crew. No nonsense professionals, thorough, got the job done quickly with minimal disruption to me and my household pets. They helped with disposal of furniture (foam mattress) and clothing where the mold could not be remediated completely, and even arranged to launder some clothes and linens just "to be safe". Cleanup was impeccably done after the mold was removed, and they were all helpful with tips about next steps including mold-resistant paint for ceilings and other affected areas. Can't recommend them highly enough! THANK YOU all so much!"

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"They came on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job. I will strongly recommend Hazardous Pro for asbestos removal"

"Peter and his team did a great job. Price was totally reasonable and had the work done very quickly. Peter was knowledgeable and walked us through the exact process and what he would be doing. Highly recommend working with him."

"This would have been a 5 star rating throughout except for some miscommunication. I was not called previous to the team showing up at my door. I believe the company has corrected this lack of communication and I do recommend this company. They were efficient, polite and their price was great. I did receive an independent report stating all the asbestos was eliminated."

"Abatement Pro and Demo gave us a good price for asbestos abatement. They showed up when promised, completed the job in the time span they said it would take. They cleaned up excellently. The workers were very friendly and respectful. Miguel was a pleasure to"

"He was professional, and did a good job cleaning up. The inspector came to inspect the job within 30 minutes after completion. Also his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend his services."

"I have scheduled an appt for air quality test/mold & mildew - they are able to come out next day! I look forward to seeing/hearing how it all works out. So far so good - great on phone to explain things and what to expect."

"We hired Doug Williams to inspect a cottage we were buying late last year. Doug spent a lot of time with my husband to give a very thorough inspection of the property. After we received his very detailed report, I had many questions which were answered completely (including recommendations and costs for areas of major concern) Doug is extremely knowledge and has been in the construction business for many years so he knows what he is talking about. He always responded to my emails and phone calls and remains available to us if and when we are need of his valued opinion again. I would highly recommend his services above and beyond any others as he has earned our trust from the first point of contact."
