"We so enjoyed Wilbur and his crew. The entire experience has been absolutely wonderful. Educational and safety providing! Our home feels clean and safe. My family was so pleased that we set up a temporary gym in our basement to work out as a family after having our home serviced for Mold Remediation! Thank You Again!"

"Excellent and fast service throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in detail. Even the lab reports, which are very confusing, were made very easy to understand when I received a call from Austin. He took his time going over them and answered any and all questions. And the best part, he said if we have any further questions to call back. For the amount of money and the quality and service you receive, it is so worth it. They are 5 stars for a reason."

"I m a first time home buyer. Per the requirement of my lender I needed a mold inspection. I was not aware that this company was not local, nor was I aware that Delaware real estate was dissimilar to surrounding states. The inspector Sean showed up to the house and could not get in. Apparently inspectors in Delaware have a Supra key to get into the key boxes in Delaware or you get a code. Sean called me and yelled at me for not knowing about the key, he continued to call the neighborhood I was moving to shitty and told me thanks for wasting his time. Eventually he was able to get into the house via the sellers agent. Because I needed the inspection done pronto, I did not argue, but I was furious. Buy local that is all I can say!"

"I highly recommend them for asbestos removal. I found them under Certified Asbestos Abatement Companies. Randy the owner was extremely knowledgeable. Jesica (Financial accountant) was easy to deal with and a great communicator. His crew were friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. They did everything according to asbestos standards and left my house clean and ready for my flooring project followed by the asbestos inspection. Twenty four hours later, I received my Clean Air Certificate. Prompt response, quick quote, and great service. I would definitely recommend again."

"Original Review: Had my passive radon system converted to active- as a part of this C&S needed to swap out my sump pump cover with a sealed cover They showed up without the correct cover, so they needed to come back a different day. The fan install went well, but when they sealed the sump pump pit, they increased the angle for the other piping that drained into the sump pit (HVAC condensation and overflow drain for 2nd-floor washer) which caused water to pool in the pipes and flow out into my basement (water drains and pools at the lowest point... so instead of draining out into the sump pit, it sat in the lowest corner until it leaked out of the piping). I called to let them know they had done this but received no response. I was left to fix this problem on my own. Cannot recommend them as this is horrid customer service. Update: Received a call from C&S after posting this review, they explained they did not receive my messages and wanted to make things right. I am happy with how things have turned out, so I am changing my review score."

"If you want to eradicate mold AND fix the reason why it formed to begin with then Dave Sock is you man. Fantastic guy and he will not quote you things that you don't need. I recommend this company whole heartedly!"

"This company always answered my phone calls, which was most important to me. I was on a really short time crunch to get this project done in time before my settlement of selling my house and I'm so pleased with the price and how quickly they got the job done. I spoke with 6 other asbestos companies and at least half of them told me they could not remove it from the ductwork, the ductwork would have to come out all together, which i didnt want spend money on new ductwork. Anthony Villani was able to remove the asbestos from the ductwork and did it for the best price. Thank you guys so much!"

"Asbestos USA was professional and knowledgeable. They were somewhat timely in their response to my request for an inspection; they came a day after my homeadvisor scheduled date and 3 working days after my initial request. I was unfortunately unable to hire due to outside influences, though I would have."
