Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Shepherdstown, WV

"Was the best one with an affordable offer after the inspection. Also was the only one where moisture readings were taken around the suspect area of infestation. Came out to do the remediation the next day to complete the job. Professional and quick with it only being a one person operation for my call. Great local business and professional mold remediation."

"Wilbur and his team were fantastic! They thoroughly explained the entire process and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure all the mold was completely removed. Their follow-up service was also outstanding. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services!"

"Bill visited our house to inspect an area where I discovered mold. Next I asked if he would check other areas. Unfortunately we discovered substantial amounts throughout our downstairs area and craw space. The price was not cheap but it was reasonable for being completely nontoxic. The 4 man team did a very good job of removing the mold and throughly cleaning our entire downstairs. It hasnâ t been this clean in years. Thanks Guys!"

"I m a first time home buyer. Per the requirement of my lender I needed a mold inspection. I was not aware that this company was not local, nor was I aware that Delaware real estate was dissimilar to surrounding states. The inspector Sean showed up to the house and could not get in. Apparently inspectors in Delaware have a Supra key to get into the key boxes in Delaware or you get a code. Sean called me and yelled at me for not knowing about the key, he continued to call the neighborhood I was moving to shitty and told me thanks for wasting his time. Eventually he was able to get into the house via the sellers agent. Because I needed the inspection done pronto, I did not argue, but I was furious. Buy local that is all I can say!"

"Great! Michael Dorsey was very thorough and detailed with the inspection and provided insight on how to proceed with removing the mold that was discovered. Would hire again!"

"Asbestos Inspection. Great communication throughout the entire process. Explained work being done and what the cost would be."

"Great experience, these are the people you want dealing with asbestos and mold. Crew was very thorough with attention to detail. Everything was built back to expectations on the projected schedule. Honest and trustworthy."

"Inspector responded promptly to my service request. Came on time and was very descriptive while addressing our concerns. He even provided some information on seperate home items that were not part of the service we requested. Also, very respectful of our property. (He actually took his shoes off because we had new carpet.) WIll use again. Thank you!"
