Went very well, so far so good. I will check in attic periodically for any leaks on to insulation. The new fans are much more powerful, but quieter as well.

Only negative came with cold weather and high winds. One of the new outside vents has a flap cover that opens when the wind gets high enough, and the cold air gets funneled into the bathroom! (The other vent flap doesn't do this.) Don't know how to address this.
