"EXCELLENT JOB!!! Jeff and JSD Properties did an excellent job with the extension and kitchen remodel for our home. We added a large family room to the back of our house and expanded the kitchen to create a beautiful new living space. Jeff and his team were always dependable and consistently worked to create the best space possible for us. The project was completed in a timely manner and stayed on budget. In the middle of the construction, our first child was born. Jeff and his crew were so accommodating and worked to have the least possible disruption to our newborn. It is clear that he really cares about his clients. We absolutely love our home and plan to work with Jeff on projects in the future."

"The job was perfect! I’m so thrilled with my new countertops! Thank you so much! Fantastic job!"

"Joe and his crew were professional and easy to work with. They completed my basement job (flooring, windows, doors, ceiling, new lighting and ceiling tiles) and it looks great. The project was completed in the timeframe provided and there were no delays. I would highly recommend V&R and will use them again."

"He was wonderful. He done better than the people who had painted it before. The house is close to the beach and the paint had bubbled. He got rid of all the bubbles. He did a great job. He is honest and very fair priced. He really listened to what I needed and knew I was selling the house.  He was always on time and is terrific and I can't say enough about him. He is the best I have ever had and wish he was in New Jersey. I would give him an A+ overall."

"Very well. After I called Alan came over and gave us an estimate. Since it was reasonable in light of the other estimates we got, we hired him. His two-man crew arrived soon after and did everything that Alan and I had had agreed on. Although a little absent-minded at times, they were meticulous and reasonably careful. As the work progressed, we were impressed enough to extend the project to include other outside areas of the house. Where required they provided new screws to put back our downspouts and shutters. When the job ended one of his crew wire brushed several paint drips off our asphalt driveway and stone paver walkway. Good job!"

"Mike and his crews did a great job at my house.  Their attention to detail was fabulous, and exactly what I wanted.  He brought the right guys in to do the jobs, and I am very happy with the end result.  I would highly recommend!"
