"great, as usual. we originally purchased an annual pest control deal from them in 2011. we have continued to renew this each year. they always call to remind us that it is time to spray again. if we need/want them to come inside, we call to make the arrangements. otherwise, they come by and spray the exterior, leaving a receipt of service completed. all communication has been friendly and courteous.

"My 1950, 860 ft house had 20+ yr old dusty, pink insulation, that was even worse after the city revamped utility vaults & pushed rats into the neighborhood. I chose S.R Insulation to vacuum out, caulk open voids, and re-blow insulation. The owner set up an appointment quickly. On the day of service, he did call 15 minutes late to advise of an issue. The 3 person team arrived within an hour, set up the vacuum and bags, then removed insulation; original, wood-shingle slips; and ducting left by A/C techs. They worked between 3 to 4 hours and said they would return next business day. The two part installation, gave me an idea - I asked for an extension, so I could repair ceiling sheet rock while the attic was void. The owner agreed. He did not require partial payment. Three weeks later, I rescheduled. The install was even quicker, filling up to the stud height in white, blown insulation. He leaves behind a cardboard measuring stick to show you. The difference inside the house was immediate. I will not provide calculations, as I added front load washer/dryer to the electric usage at this same time. Later, I found my stove top vent fan blocked. I was able to pull out material from the duct, and the fan worked. Therefore I did not call the owner about this. I paid less than $1500, and thought it fair. I would use S.R. Insulation again and recommend them."

"We had 6 wooden privacy fence panels knocked down by winds.  Some were damaged and some were still usable.  Frank came out and gave us an estimate within a day of me contacting him.  He did not try to recommend any extra work other than what was needed.  In fact it was his idea to reuse as much of the existing fence as he could. 
We contacted Frank and setup a time for the work to be done.  Frank and his crew arrived on time and worked throughout the day (in almost 100 degree heat) until the job was done.  They replaced some of the privacy fence with chain link at our request.
We will definitely use Fence Rescuer again.

"I had previously used Means to paint the outside of my home. I was pleased with that outcome, and they did not disappoint me painting the interior of my home.
They showed up on time all three days. Careful attention was paid to removing belongings, covering and closing off areas so that there was no mess to clean up. They let me know their lunch plans and when they would leave at the end of the day so that we could coordinate our time. The cost was in the middle of other bids I obtained from Angie's List.
Means also went above and beyond the scope of the work. On the last day, several workers finished early and rather than sit around, they repainted some woodwork. They even sealed a squirrel hole outside the home with metal and painted it to match before they finished.

They were on time, introduced themselves, asked the right questions and completed the job thoroughly, taking care to put tarps over the areas below the vents, and even vacuuming up the floor afterwards. "The work progressed as plan, but some minor issues occurred. Clean up of the old fence material was slow and I needed to remind the owner that it needed to be done. The work schedule of the crew took some getting use to, the would show around 10 AM work until 2 PM, the come back around 4 PM and work until dark, I guess with the 100 degree day we were having I would have schedule my work times differently. Overall I was satisfied with the work and quality of the worked performed."
