"The guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"I called to get a quote and they were able to make an appointment right away. I was surprised a team of people came to do the exclusion. They did a thorough job of making sure there were no bats on my house, put in a deterrent in the attic and netting over outside vents. Since there were no bats on my house at the time, they charged less that original quote. They will check back with me to verify things were still ok in a couple of weeks. With a guaranteed service, if I have any issues the will come right back. Very happy with the service."

"They were very responsive. I thought a skunk had begun living under the deck. Although nothing was caught initially, eventually an opossum was trapped and removed. In case the opossum was not the only animal living under the deck, they continued to monitor the trap for another week. Nothing else was trapped, so the traps were removed. I have not had any problems since then. The company was easy to work with. They would leave the bill for me, as opposed to needing me to be home at the time they caught the opossum. If I need animal removal services in the future, I will contact them."

Pam Lee was superb.

She aided us initially by making time for our inspection in her already-full appointment schedule. She did so on short notice, when the time available to us to complete our inspection was quite limited and two other inspection services which, like Pam's, are highly rated, would not schedule us sooner than 10-14 days in the future.

Pam worked carefully and was extremely thorough, and she patiently answered our questions and discussed with us our concerns. After spending 2.5 hours with us during the late afternoon, conducting the inspections, she delivered to us by the end of the evening a detailed, clear report, which included numerous pertinent photos, that helped us immensely, both increasing our understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the house that we were seeking to buy and providing information that was valuable to us in the process of negotiating with the seller.

We are very thankful to Pam for her skillfulness and kindness. We will unquestionably request her assistance again, if we need a home inspection, and we recommend her enthusiastically, unreservedly.
