"Very friendly tech came to examine our house. He was really late, but this did not matter - lost his way. The cost was way beyond what we are willing to pay for pest control (over $1000) but we do have a fairly problematic carpenter bee problem."

"I've used Z Best from pretty much their first day out in the field - 2004 to present ... I support local vendors over national operations - BUT - Dan Kelley is more than just "the bug guy" - he's dependable!!! I lived in a home that had a super issue with over a half dozen species - my room mate had tried everything - and other "companies" ... I called Dan - and within a few weeks - no more bugs! STILL to this day - :) I now live on a couple acres in the country - interior bugs are never an issue - thanks to Dan ... he's treated my barn, garage, boat and if a spider does sneak in - one phone call and he zaps them away! ;)

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"They were great. They were very professional, they kept the house clean when they were in and out. On one of the window sills there was a robin's nest with some eggs in it and he asked me if I wanted to try to save it and I said I did. He put on gloves so that it didn't have human smell to it. He moved the nest and the next day the mom robin was back on it. He really cares about the customer and makes extra efforts to do what he can."
