"Very professional. Able to come out on short notice and the price was far cheaper than the quote I received from from another company. He was very respectful of the fact I work from home and was on calls while he was quick at work. I have a pitbull and even she was friendly with him and we all know dogs have that 6th sense about humans. "We moved to new house recently and found that water heater has stopped working We called many plumbers to check the issue but everyone asked to replace it Andrew Stewart took a pragmatic approach to first try to clean the plate underneath and purged the gas, checked the gas pressure.
