"There were about 6 things and altogether it added up to about $800. Since then I haven't called him back. I would give him an "A" for the estimate. It's just that the most important item on there, he said I didn't need it, because it was a matter of turning the shower off, I mean the diverter off. I have to call the guy that refinished the tub, because he suggested I get this part and no other plumber seems to agree; but I know it's the case. I do not want to ruin the tub. It causes rust around the drain, the water sitting. It's complicated. I would call Brendon Nagle again, but I have to research this particular project. I thought the price was fair, but it didn't seem like a bargain to me. Even though the quality is not applicable, I would give an "A" for knowing and being jolly. They were there the next day."
