"He was there the next day after requesting service and finished it up quickly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. I already had purchased the pumps and backup battery, so the price I'm showing is only for the labor to remove old pump, install new one, and the miscellaneous parts he provided."

"Kyle Berger, our Eco plumber technician, went above and beyond to assist us with our plumbing problem. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable with his diagnosis and follow-up recommendations, which we are in the process of following. He will be returning to complete the job as soon as we have all we need for him to complete it. Good job Eco with sending Kyle to us."

"I had an unexpected plumbing problem with my bathtub faucet freezing after our areaâ s recent severe weather and below zero temperatures. I had to completely turn off my whole house water main until I could find a plumber to fix it. But who would help me on Christmas Day? Amazingly I got a call from the owner, Mike, who accurately diagnosed my problem over the phone, and advised me on how I could deal with the issue until stores opened the next day. He also arranged for his knowledgeable, skilled and professional plumbers to completely replace and repair the old damaged fixtures and pipes. And he was able to advise me on how I might avoid similar problems in the future as well! I could not recommend United Plumbing more highly. 100 stars wouldnâ t be enough!"

"Excellent, high quality, timely work by a professional, knowledgeable gentleman! 1. Went from an old stained tub and surround to a fresh "caulk free" snap together set. Removal, dealing with party wall issues, plumbing updates, new shower valves, install, and drywall repair came to $2800 plus materials. This included a free follow up adjustment! 2. Wall mounted saggy sink ripped out and replaced with standard vanity with plumbing updates; was a quick lovely "add on" project that was well worth the extra bucks. 3. Installed fans where there was no fan before. Cut ceiling, wire, and mount fan through attic- $400 each and worth no longer sweating at night! 4. Simple fixture swaps were worth paying Joe to go at with no fear instead of being nervous about touching wires myself. Joe was quick, courteous, and kind. He was more than willing to offer us advice and guidance on projects we were attempting DYI. He was focused and thorough but always patient enough to stop and explain processes and answer questions. I have never had to hire a contractor before, and I am so glad Joe was recommended to me to take the nerves out of the process! Completely recommend for any home improvement project you may have."

"Overall an experience of stellar customer service. From the consultant Jeremy, to his manager John, the installers Ethan W., Jake G., and Tristan P., and the plumber who made some small adjustments the day after installation, kudos all around. We had an immediate health-related need for a walk-in shower. All the West Shore associates worked together to quickly get the job done for us. The installers were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The shower is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks very high-end. I would also like to commend the folks that answer the customer support line. I called and decided not to leave a message, and they called me back to check with me immediately. I was on the line with John, the manager who was very helpful and scheduled a plumber to come to the house the next day. It was quite a comforting feeling to get a return call at the same time John was taking excellent care with followup on with our installation. West Shore delivered on their 100% satisfaction guaranteed for certain."

FAQs for plumbing projects in Beavercreek, OH

Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.

A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.

When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.

You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
