"We had an internal house line leading to the sewer plugged on a Sunday. We couldn't run any water in the house without it coming out of the drain and into the basement. Based on all the positive reviews I read of KJM plumbing, I called Kurt and he was here within 20 minutes with his machine and cleared the clog, which took about an hour. Pleasant, polite man. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency call. If I need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I'll call."

"Well I would beware if you wanted to get a quote from these guys. I needed to get a new well. I received 3 quotes from different sources. These guys came in the best. First I signed the contract in late June and did not get the well till Early Sept. Took an awful long time. They blamed it on weather but there were plenty of stretches of nice weather. No excuse. Then when they finally did complete, the sent me a bill for over $1000 more. Again no excuse. They said they had to do more work so it cost more. Then they need a new estimator who knows what they are doing. I could see a couple of hundred off but not $1000. BEWARE!"

He installed a new Bradford White 40 gallon power vent water heater and removed my old water heater that was no longer working. He arrived at 8am, very prompt. Was courteous and respectful of our home. He brought drop cloths to lay down over our carpeting. He was very efficient and the installation and removal went very smoothly. I had researched other plumbing companies and his price was better than the other 5 companies I reviewed for the exact same water heater. He was booked 2 weeks out but asked if we'd be open to a Saturday morning install, so he fit us into his busy schedule. I will definitely be using Kegonsa Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will recommend this company to friends and family. Honest, Professional, Affordable. "Monte was very responsive to our request when we inquired on here if he was able to do the project. We used the 4 hour handyman service coupon offer. He came to our house a week ago to look at everything and formulate a plan and make sure we had the things needed to install. We scheduled an appointment for a week later. He was here 10 minutes early which was fine and began right away with cutting out the cabinet, installing the power source and new breaker and the plumbing. He did have to leave for about 30 minutes to get a couple parts for the plumbing and bracket to mount the dishwasher to the counter as the open box special dishwasher that we purchased did not have one with it. He worked quickly and was very detailed with his work. After installing it there was a gap in the baseboard between the cabinet and the dishwasher and he asked if I would like it covered and suggested using a piece of the cabinet that was removed and calking it in. I looks great and I couldn't be happier!  I will definitely be contacting Monte for any other home projects in the future!"
