"We feel very lucky to have found Francisco. He was incredibly helpful with our initial call and while quoting for us, personable, knowledgeable, and beyond patient with our many questions (even though it was all after hours). His price was the best one of the 4 that we had quote and yet there was nothing "budget" about the project or his service. A quality water heater and a job very well done. He has the years of experience needed to do great work. In addition, he has excellent communication (keeping us updated and informed) and is punctual and professional. Really, everything you hope for when seeking out a plumber or any contractor. We have zero complaints and only praise, very affordable, and have already shared his contact info with family members because we are just that enthusiastic. Sure, they may not need plumbing NOW, but they will some day. Two thumbs WAY up."

"Excellent customer service (Mia) & technician (Ian) who solved my plumbing issue. I was pleased at the completion of the project though I found out later the cost was more than other plumber services would have charged for the same work. That said, the service was started within hours of my call for assistance & completed about an hour after the plumber started, though he predicted it would take 2 hours. Plumber was clean, courteous, efficient, a good listener, great problem solver and successful in fixing the plumbing issue. Thank you for your good work Sugar Bear Plumbing."

"I had water damage to the ceiling of my garage. Vicente provided evaluation and written estimate in one visit with attention to details and my customer satisfaction. He took the time to verify my plumbing problem by video taping my water leakage of my bathtub drain pipe with his phone through the broken spaces in the ceiling. He returned the next day with Eduardo, assistant, to complete repair with pipe replacement of old bathtub drain pipes. I was impressed with Vicente's respectful, honest, confident, and professional demeanor with attention to customer satisfaction and service. Vicente exceeded my expectations with exemplary work. Bonus: I discovered afterward that Vicente had fixed my slow flowing sink faucet next to bathtub without request or charge. I would request Vicente again for all my plumbing needs in future. Thank you Vicente. You are special!"

"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft.
