"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!"

Came promptly and gave a reasonable explanation of how they would fix our problem of water coming into our basement through a door that was ground level. Price was good and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The work was done about 2 months ago and numerous heavy rains and we have no water coming into our basement The men doing the work we're friendly and very professional. Took the 2 days that they estimated I highly recommend this company in a business that could be hard to get someone that doesn't always do what they promise"
