He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

Within 45 minutes, John was here, looked at the water softener leak, gave me a quote and proceeded to fix the leak.
