"The job went fantastic. I called on a Monday morning, and they scheduled the appointment for Tuesday during a 2 hour window. Even better, they were comfortable with me not being there. This was a rental property and the washer is in a common area so they did not need to get access to the private residences. The technician called at about 12:30 after checking the machine out. He told me what the problem was, and exactly how much it would cost. I asked him to look at fixing the leg or shoring it up, and he did so without charge. Also, the day after he was there, the technician called me to let me know that he noticed the laundry tub was slow to drain, and it was siphoning the water back into the washer. He thought that this could be causing the strain on the pump and should be unclogged. It was nice to have him suggest what the root of the problem was."
