"I put in the request requesting a plumber and with in 10 minutes I got a call from Todd. He asked me what I needed, we discussed the issue and he sent Matt to assess the situation. Matt arrived to my house with in 1 hr after I talked to Todd. Matt looked at the problem and immediately started to work on it. While Matt was working fixing my plumbing lines I asked him about another plumbing issue I had. We needed to fix my wobbly toilet, he gave me a great price and since he was already doing a great job I asked him to go ahead and fix my toilet also. "Joel at Unique Bath handled everything perfectly and professionally at my mothers condo in Coconut Creek, Florida, which needed a new bathroom and mold remediation, including bringing in a mold remediation company and totally gutting the bathroom and selecting all the flooring, shower, tile, vanity, mirror and paint without me having to come from Texas to work with him. We did everything by phone and email. The shower base needed to be custom ordered, which he handled as well. The work turned out fantastic and very professional. "I went through home advisor to find a plumber to fix my guest room toilet. Jonny Doan plumbing was recommended. I received a call immediately to confirm the appointment day and time I selected. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to ask if the plumber could come earlier. Of course I agreed. Austin showed up promptly and went right to work assessing the problem. He attempted to fix it by adding a part but since the part did not fix the problem, Austin suggested that I replace the unit. I had the option of purchasing the new fixture myself and paying for installation or buying the fixture from the company and include installation. I chose the latter. I called the office to set up the installation and they were able to come back within the hour to do it. Austin returned and installed the new toilet within 30 minutes. He was efficient, the price was reasonable and the whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."
