"I called multiple plumbers after hours and no one answered. This included the bigger guys that have been around for a while. JM answered and had someone at my house within the hour, fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. Extremely reasonable. Thank you for the prompt service. We have a few houses that we rent and I’m 100% sure we’ve found our new plumber."

"Very smooth process the company responded quickly and did camera inspection and showed me all the footage so I could understand what was going on with my drainage system and the condition of my drains and they gave me a great deal on the toilet install as well as a package deal. Thank you!"

"My project is more than just a bathroom repair and overhaul, the bedroom repair is equally as important, maybe even more important than the bathroom, and Ocala Baths doesnâ t work on anything but bathrooms They wonâ t even get a subcontractor in order to do the entire project. I donâ t need a â specialistâ , I need a multi faceted contractor"

"They were very determined to get the job right even with a few setbacks. Great communication on what was happening. Even though the job took longer than they had planned, honored the estimate. Very happy."

"I appreciate the services that were given to me by Nicholas Welch and his men I was in dire need of a good plumber and I was lucky enough to find him. He’s great."

"This should not be posted for public view.
Purpose: The sprinkler heads were leaking alongside the driveway; the landscaping contractor sliced the tubing while edging. The landscape contractor indicated that they didn't slice the heads; and it would cost me additional funding to get them repaired.
Solution: Jerry moved the head further from the concrete to prevent edgers from slicing the connecting tube; and also resolved a panel box wiring issue from the previous sprinkler repair contractor.
Re-repair: I had to call Jerry to come back to re-repair the two heads alongside the driveway; I noticed that they were still leaking 2 days later. Jerry was full with appointments, but did return a week later; the leaking heads were resolved with the second visit.

"Excellent service and completed quickly."

"I moved into my home about a year ago and we have been talking about wanting to remodel of the bathroom but always thought it was out of our budget. Premier Home pros was fantastic from start to finish. They have plenty of options and no high pressure sales or games. We were able to Get approved for 12 months 0% interest which made it possible to do it this year. Install took about 2.5 days and it looks amazing! They also installed at my mother-In-laws house. Would definitely recommend."
