He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.

"There was no leakage until about three weeks ago.  The crack then reopened and water is seeping through.  We have tried to contact them.  However, they shut down their email and three phone numbers.  They will not return any messages.  It was a lifetime warranty, but that does us no good if they are out of business.
