"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"Had a leaky shower head which had previously been repaired by a plumber I hired due to a very high Yelp rating. That plumber took a total of seven hours to repair the leak. After a couple of months the leak returned. Hired Degennaro plumbing who repaired the leak in less than an hour and charged me half of what the previous plumber charged. James Degennaro came to the house exactly on time, had all the necessary parts with him, and even showed me old parts that the previous plumber failed to replace which resulted in the leak returning. Overall a great experience and I would definitely hire him again based on his professional manner and obvious superior knowledge of plumbing problems."

The workmanship was outstanding and Christian and Kyle were prompt, friendly, thorough and extremely neat. When I called Zoom I ended up talking directly to Ian who was so upbeat he immediately made me feel less panicked. He assured me that he would come to my house once he finished his current job and he wasn't the least bit fazed that he would be arriving after midnight to make my house livable again. When he arrived he took a some time to assess the situation...he looked at all toilets and shower/tub areas and then got right to work. He took care of immediate needs and made recommendations to prevent a repeat situation. He was willing to do a few extra tasks while here that addressed his concerns for the future and he was pleasant and informative the entire time."
