"On time, fast and competent. Will hire again for future plumbing needs."

"Chris recently started out on his own and clearly is committed to running a first-rate business. In my case, he replaced and updated old plumbing on an outdoor shower. Given only modest guidance from me, he put together a collection of components that met my needs perfectly. He works efficiently and charges a fair rate. I recommend him highly."

"Preston called less than a minute after I submitted my request. He quoted a price and an arrival time and delivered on both. He was cheerful, funny and engaging, a real delight to work with. He fixed the clogged drain and gave us advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. We'll definitely call Preston next time we need a plumber!"

"I hired them for an inspection and I got more than my moneys worth - a real plumbing education and honest advice. The master plumber who came to my home was excellent, very thorough and a real expert. In short, it was the best experience I had ever had with a plumbing professional."

"Ryan was great. He fixed my toilet after 3 other plumbers failed. He charged me a very reasonable price.Highly reccomend!!!"

"Called drain frog gentleman picked up right away I explained my drain problem he told me no fee for coming to check it out he was here in 30 minutes he was very professional fixed my problem in less than a hour and gave me a discounted fee for job done and he was like talking to a family member. I would definitely call him back for any future plumbing problems"

"I thought the price for a sump pump replacement was very expensive for what I had done (2 men, 2hrs). They quoted the estimate and charged me $1,500.00. Home Advisor had emailed/quoted me a fixed price of approx. 600.00. I had asked to schedule when they could do the job and said they could do it that day, THIS WAS NOT A RUSH/EMERGENCY, but I gave the go ahead because I just wanted this project done. There was no drilling involved (in the well and the wall to drain out). They replaced the sump pump and installed a new drain pipe in the well and attached it to the existing drain in my cellar wall. The plumbers were courteous and explained everything thouroughly so that weighed in on my overall star rating. Thanks."

"Workmen were excellent. They asked for direction when appropriate, but otherwise worked independently as a well coordinated team. Finished shower and plumbing is great. No issues whatsoever."

"Very satisfied with our experience - they came in and were able to fix our water issue to get our construction back on track within a week of my first call and provided a comprehensive multifaceted solution. Very impressed and would hire them again no question. Highly recommended."

"JT called and asked if he could come earlier than expected, which was perfect for me. He was extremely thorough reviewing our electrical system and the finished product of the work he did (installing a new 220v line for an outdoor hot tub) was clean and efficient. He was a joy to meet and speak to, incredibly nice guy. Price was reasonable for the work. I would 100% recommend JT and Cotti-Johnson again!"
