"I had another plumbing company out to fix my clogged shower drain. After two weeks and a lot of money spent, they diagnosed it as a collapsed pipe and were going to have to jackhammer my floor and dig to fix it. I called Zoom Drain and they came out the next morning with the right equipment. They used a hydro jet with 3,000 psi and were able to unclog my pipe that was NOT broken but apparently just had a nasty clog due to scaling. I would HIGHLY recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing a reliable, honest plumber. My guy was Johnny R."

"I have used Drain Town Rooter 2 times in the past couple of years. Once again I needed the services of a really great plumber and Drain Town Rooter fit the bill. "Irish and his associate Ryder were very good at communicating, even over a weekend, and although I initially thought the project was an easy drain clearing, 2 other plumbers failed to come up with an appropriate plan. Ryder made every effort to find a cheaper way to solve the problem, and only when those did not work, did he resort to a more complicated solution and at that stage he also worked to help keep our costs down. I appreciated the timeliness, thoughtfulness, and his clear and precise communication which also highlighted how experienced he was with this particular plumbing issue."

"Bob was very responsive called back within a few minutes of me leaving voice mail. He was able to schedule a tech to fix our leak, before another plumber returned my call. Bob was concerned that our attic crawl was tight and his tech that day was a big guy, so when the other plumber said they had a little guy, I asked Bob if he'd prefer to do the job or let the other plumber do it. Bob was gracious and said it might be better for the other guy to do it. The other folks came and did a fine job. I would not hesitate to hire Personal Plumbing for any other job."
