"I have the most respect for this company and its workers. Brian Gould came out and helped us to know the best solution for our basement issues and was most pleasant and respectful the whole time we discussed what we needed. Brian came out 2 weeks before to check if we were ready and if we had any other questions about what would be done. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with. They are amazing and did awesome work and I hope they are the ones to come out to add the wall bracings next week. I have the utmost respect for these 3 hard-working gentlemen and really think they are an awesome team, they worked so well together."

"He was very thorough and answered my questions about the process of how he was cleaning the drain plumbing. He determined the plug was a minor one and cleared it out quickly. We thought he was very thorough and good at performing the job.
