But Chris, the plumber, got the old one working again. He could easily have said, "Yup, you need a new one." Instead, he was honest to a fault. "Incredible service and value!! Our hot water heater went out in. Thursday and our Home Warranty Service could not even get me an appointment to assess it until the next Monday. Called RightNow Plumbing at 1115 on Monday and they had a new hot water heater installed by 1515. Very professional job. They were also the cheapest if all the Plumbers I called. One plumber quoted me $4000 for the job; RightNow did it for almost half of that!!"
