"We needed a plumber to fix a kitchen water leak. Chris called almost immediately and scheduled an appointment. Ken came and assessed and repaired the problem and installed a new faucet. He also answered some questions we had on a few other potential issues and all the services they provide. "I recieved several plumbers from the Angis list. I needed a new hot water heater. Arthur Dipetrillo Plumbing and Heating was the first to call back. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. Within 15 minutes, he reviewed the information and responded with The MOST REASONABLE quote of all the companies that eventually returned my call! Made an appointment. Was on time! Excellent work, personable, explained everything about the new heater. Was certainly a pleasure to meet to work with!"
