We were surprised when the tile people removed the toilets but would not replace the toilets once they were complete with new ceramic tile. We have four kids so we needed the toilets reset. On a Friday afternoon Eric came to our home and set the two toilets within three hours of our first contact with him. HE IS AWESOME."

"Everything was 5-star except for Customer Service. I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job."

"The tech was great! He respected my home by taking of his shoes at the door which was 3 stars out the gate. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue which was redirecting my gasline so the my new stove would go al the way to the wall. He patched the área that was cut wasn't perfect or pretty but it's behind the stove. I can sand and repaint it another day, I just wanted my issue resolved more than anything and he cleaned any mess that he made. The cost was more reasonable than the estimate I'd gotten from a plumber. I was satisfied and would recommend. I can't upload the pic, it won't let me, sorry."

"Let me begin by saying that Orosco's Flooring Design & Renovations exceeded our expectations in every regard. Julian and his crew were professional and absolutely polite at all times. Replaced all cabinets, countertops and removed two walls. -Removed laminate flooring and replaced with vinyl planking. -Installed crown molding and new baseboards to match. -Added a wall and removed two walls. Made extensive drywall repairs on walls and ceiling. -Textured and blended walls and ceilings.
