"I spoke to Mr. Brooks on the phone and explained my problem, he told me that he was available to come out in the afternoon between a certain time and I agreed to his time. he called me a little while later to say that he had a cancellation and get out to me sooner. Mr Brooks arrived on time he was very courteous and polite, he asked me to explain the problem that I was having upon me doing so he explained what he thought was going on and told me what he would do to try and solve my issue and what his price was after I agreed he went to work and in less than an hour my problem was solved.
