He looked at both leaking drains and recommended the best possible solution for me knowing that I was in the process of selling my home. He talked me through all the work he needed to do for my best value and to give me his best service. The work was done incredibly well and in a reasonable time frame! I strongly recommend his expertise and would/will hire again if my newer home needs any plumbing services!"

"Nick was so helpful and was able to come out quickly to replace my water heater; whereas other plumbers I called were booked out at least 1 week. Would definitely recommend Water Heater Experts!"

"Well I would beware if you wanted to get a quote from these guys. I needed to get a new well. I received 3 quotes from different sources. These guys came in the best. First I signed the contract in late June and did not get the well till Early Sept. Took an awful long time. They blamed it on weather but there were plenty of stretches of nice weather. No excuse. Then when they finally did complete, the sent me a bill for over $1000 more. Again no excuse. They said they had to do more work so it cost more. Then they need a new estimator who knows what they are doing. I could see a couple of hundred off but not $1000. BEWARE!"

"Great would recommend to anyone needing plumbing"

"We had two bathrooms done. The project went incredibly smooth. The installers were super nice and made sure to show us the showers after each phase of installation. Would definitely recommend!"

"MH Renovations (Matt and Celina) worked with us on finishing our 2,000 sq. ft basement, including plumbing/electric upgrades, framing/drywall, egress windows, etc. They are both professional and easy to work with (super nice). They proactively identified issues, walked me through them in a way I could understand, and gave me options on how to proceed along with their recommendation. They have a strong network in all the trades and a good relationship with the city for permits. They finished the job ahead of schedule and there were no surprise costs - and the result is amazing. I have already hired them again. I will call them for all of my needs going forward. Strongly recommend!!"

"Rob called us immediately after we reached out to him to set up & schedule work on a backed up sewer. Michael came over with a camera and saw a broken pipe. Isaac came and repaired the broken pipe. They both came back and cleaned out the sewer pipe which was corroded. They were very friendly, on time and cleaned up everything after they were done. We highly recommend Subterranean for any of your plumbing needs"
