"Having been on day 2 of a plumbing emergency with no call back from the numerous numbers I called requesting emergency services, I was getting so defeated. I came across Sgts and decided to give another plumber a call. Well HALLELUJAH I did!! They got in touch with me almost immediately after putting in my request. They were so responsive and on top of everything. Andrew came right after the job he was on (and this was later on a Sunday evening) and was such a professional! "Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done.
