"They performed the work quickly and the guy was nice but the charge was 480 for a clearing a basement accessible drain. Got quotes from other for 150-350~ for clearing the same drain but wouldn’t come out as soon as DE plumbing pros. Seems very overpriced and wouldn’t use again unless I absolutely had to. Their customer service was good and theirs plumbers professional."

"They were excellent! The plumbers were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Will use them again."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Performed service as requested, and provided additional information concerning all plumbing aspects of residence. Will recommend them to any looking for an excellent plumber."

"Master plumber Mike Shaw rebuilt the tank of my vintage American Standard [Bayberry color] Elongated Cadet Toilet [Model 4049]. The tank was cleaned of built-up debris. All components were replaced with the latest and efficiently working parts available. The unit was restored to operational status. Mike even [painfully] removed the frozen-in-place Church Seat toilet seat [very labor intensive] and installed a new color-matched composite seat unit. First class job."

"Mr. Joe Norvell was friendly, prompt, and communicated well. He assessed the plumbing issue immediately and resolved it. The cost was reasonable, especially for a master plumber. High quality workmanship. I will refer him to neighbors and will seek his help for future plumbing needs."

"Joe came out and gave us a quote, while Mike and Brandon did the work. The bathroom turned out absolutely amazing and despite the hiccups along the way they still completed the project on time."

"Excellent customer service. Every team member was courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. They came when they said they would come, and they helped us make the best decisions with regard to colors and types of materials. Our master bathroom is now a beautiful ADA accessible bathroom.  Thank you, Dustin, Jake, Steven, Evelio, and De Andre for a job well done!"

"Dyonne P and Clay C , we're very professional very courteous very friendly. Made sure everything was done to my expectations great service and great expectation of quality of service love it can't wait to try my new shower."

"The job was planned in advance. The crew showed up early. The job was done in a single day and much quicker than I imagined. The roof looks amazing. The leaks are fixed. When minor accidental damage was done to my driveway by the crew the damage was promised to be fixed. GREAT customer service, especially when it came to the accidental damage. I will recommend Spicer Brothers and will use them again because of how they handled that issue and because of the great work they did with the roof."
