"Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! "Great, rough start to the one bathroom but once it was completed, my grandkids loved it. When other so no to a shower in my small bathroom, Cole said yes and gave me the shower I have always wanted. OMG, I love my kitchen!!!. He removed the one part that I didn't like and gave me a kitchen that let me look out the window and watch the grandkids while doing dishes. The counter top, what can I say but love those too."

"Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.

"There was no leakage until about three weeks ago. The crack then reopened and water is seeping through. We have tried to contact them. However, they shut down their email and three phone numbers. They will not return any messages. It was a lifetime warranty, but that does us no good if they are out of business.
The existing problem (and why they have C's from us) is that we have completely lost contact and have no way to get resolution."
