Called Scenic City Plumbing at 8am, they had an estimator out before 10am, then the plumbers were here before noon, with a new water heater, and completed the installation by early afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job on with the installation. I could not asked for better service. I highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing."

"Minor Repairs to 3 Toilets: The plumbing staff are polite and professional. That is where the good stops with Keefe Plumbing. My bill was $356.80. I had cash, but the plumbers did not have change. I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff."

Jim was on point with what was available and they could perform, Devin was on point with sales end, getting order and making arrangements for install. Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Devin and he was able to get answers, and get needed task completed. Outside communication block, I am very happy with work completed!!"

"Ended up beautifully. It took about 2 months as Mel used quality trades and it was a busy time of year. It started in May with the demolition of a wall and removing all the fixtures. Then the subfloor and framing was done. New plumbing was added along with electrical. It went from a 6x14 to a 24x14 bathroom with a soaking tub, steam shower, double vanity, separate toilet room and a 5x5 storage closet. We had to wait on some of the trades to work us into their schedule but it was worth it. What we love about Mel is that he has integrity and sticks to his quote unless we add something new. He also covered some small mishaps done by the workers and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We have used him in the past and will use him in the future if needed."
