We had an immediate health-related need for a walk-in shower. All the West Shore associates worked together to quickly get the job done for us. The installers were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The shower is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks very high-end. I would also like to commend the folks that answer the customer support line. I called and decided not to leave a message, and they called me back to check with me immediately. I was on the line with John, the manager who was very helpful and scheduled a plumber to come to the house the next day. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem.
