"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. He was not only super fast with installing my new water heater, but took the time to help me identify which pipe does what for my whole plumbing system, and which was old, defunct plumbing. "I had a plumbing emergency on the evening before New Year's Eve. It was really difficult to find any plumber at that time. Fortunately, Plumbing Management Services was right there at the right time. They did not just do a good job. They went beyond the call of duty, patiently spent a lot of time diagnose the problem and completely fix the problem. Also they did not take advantage of my misfortune by overcharging me. They charged me based on their regular rate, which is very competitive. Therefore I have nothing but good words for them. I would use Plumbing Management Services for all of my plumbing issues. "We needed a repair on the pipe from the house to the septic tank, but we didn't know it. Strange blubbing sounds in our basement bathroom and a then a clog that caused a back up in the laundry room were clues. Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. He was able to schedule the work when we would be out of the house so the water could be off for a couple days. He is a trustworthy and kind friend as well as our plumber. I would recommend him if you have a plumbing problem."
