Even though this work was after normal business hours, he contacted the plumbing supplier and worked with them to re-open their warehouse to obtain the necessary water heater. Hank finished the job that night and verified that everything was in working order. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service Hank provided. "The plumber was very professional and did not hesitate in offering tips on repairs that were small DY items. He was very honest, helpful, and understanding of my being a female that had already been "ripped-off" (taken advantage of financially). He also understood my limited funds situation and the need to do some work DYI. This was a huge help considering the amount of work that needed to be done to the house by myself with NO help. He easily could have taken advantage of the situation as the other contractor did, but he was understanding and honest.

"Fred replaced a shower in our main bathroom. He did all the tile work and plumbing and it came out great. In fact it was so good that we had him add a large island to our kitchen and that came out even better. Next, he installed cabinets in our laundry room and transformed that space as well. We highly recommend Fred for any bathroom, kitchen or cabinet work. A big plus is that he does all the work and is always on-site. Nothing is farmed out to less skilled subs."
