In all my years as a home owner from NY, PA, and now in AZ I have never met a more honest person than the owner off Cobra Rooter & Plumbing. Even on a Saturday he honored the coupon with no additional problems or  prices as other charge. The pipes he replaced below the sink were so reasonable that I could not have purchased them from the hardware store not to mention the installation.

"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water!
