"The flexible water line on my toilet failed & I needed to turn off the water to avoid a flood. I used my Home Advisor app & put in a request for repair to two highly rated plumbing companies. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Hart's Plumbing! The Customer Svc lady (Devinn) was very polite & informative & offered to send a plumber out that day. But the next day was better for me so an appointment was made. The next day Prestin called to let me know he was on his way. He was also very polite, fixed the problem within a very short time & even gave me a Senior Discount! It was more expensive than I'd hoped but I am very pleased with my experience w/Hart's Plumbing."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Call the professionals at WA Water Heater! Our tank started leaking so called around for an idea of pricing and was very impressed with this company. They quoted a price over the phone and when I inquired about tankless, Steve came over for a consult. We decided replacing regular hot water heater tank was the best option for us and Steve gave me an estimate. James, the installer showed up early the next day, on time and ready to go. Hauled away the old one and stand and left our space in clean condition. Cannot say enough about how impressed I was with this company's professionalism, reliability, great work and honesty! James ended up doing more work due to our plumbing but did not charge us more. They stuck with the quoted price. He did a wonderful job and answered all of my questions. We highly recommend them. "A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. The dispatcher apologized and told me that they would be sending the "A-Team" the next day. That was an understatement (John has over 30 years in the trade) . Joe and John arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived.
