"Joe is a very trustworthy and reliable plumber. He has done several projects for me over the years. Jobs have included the installation of new water faucets as well as the installation of fiberglass walk in shower stalls. He does outstanding work at reasonable prices."

"Called in the morning and work was completed by 3:00. Excellent work, clean, professional and honest (did not try to upsell me anything) I would definitely hire again for any plumbing business."

"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"Having been on day 2 of a plumbing emergency with no call back from the numerous numbers I called requesting emergency services, I was getting so defeated. I came across Sgts and decided to give another plumber a call. Well HALLELUJAH I did!! They got in touch with me almost immediately after putting in my request. They were so responsive and on top of everything. Andrew came right after the job he was on (and this was later on a Sunday evening) and was such a professional! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and all around nice guy. Fixed us up in no time! You’ve gained a new customer today! Thank you guys so much for ALL of your services!"

"He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and his prices are very reasonable compared to other contractors and he did a great job installing wyn well tank I would definitely recommend him for any repairs"

"Excellent communication and work. Will hire again."

"Gage has been excellent to work with. We will hire him any time we need something in the future. The work site is always clean, the new install always looks tidy. He has installed a water filter, fixed several leaks in old plumbing, replaced hose bibs, worked on our booster and expansion tank, replaced fixtures. It's always great work."

"Our outside faucet was leaking and we also needed a shutoff valve for this inside the house. Richard was able to fit us in despite his busy schedule before we had a cracked pipe from freezing temps. He did a great job, very efficient, and at a good price. It"s great to be able to hire someone local, here in Litchfield, and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. We also will be calling him to replace a vanity and sink in our bathroom after the holidays."

"The Cloud 9 Tubs team were a pleasure to work with. Jeff made sure the work order included everything we wanted and kept us updated on the status as materials were fabricated and shipped. Ron and Ron did a terrific job replacing and re-plumbing our old leaky bathtub, and expanding our shower in the master bath. They are all very pleasant to work with and complete professionals. We would absolutely hire them again!"

"The young man who came to fix our sink was knowledgable, on time and very polite. I will call the again for out next time we need a plumber."
