"We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. "If I could give 10 stars I would! We purchased a new home and needed a company to do HVAC maintenance - we go so much more. We have the maintenance contract along with a generation install (which was time sensitive for us) and Simons came thru. They even installed the generator during winter with snow on the ground! We returned home after 4 months and the hot water heater was not working, within 2 days - which much thanks to Honey in the office - we had a new tankless hot water heater.
