"Roger did a major remodel for us both indoors and outdoors. The job included a down to the studs remodel of our kitchen with new custom cabinets, stone countertops and appliances. A down to the studs remodel of our master bath was done as well with an expanded shower and custom tile work, new vanity, toilet, sinks and faucets. Also relocated the wc. A new vanity, sink and faucets were installed in another bathroom. All windows and sliders in the home were replaced, and one slider was relocated to improve ingress and egress. Roger also replaced all the interior doors with solid wood rather than the original hollow core doors. Upgraded lights were installed throughout the house, and three old plastic skylights were replaced with energy efficient and beautiful glass skylights. Last but not least, new flooring was installed throughout the home. Outside a large, old cracked and shifting patio along with a nearly 50 year old patio cover were demolished and replaced. Roger worked with us to design a new patio, patio cover, built-in BBQ and exterior countertops. New exterior lighting was also installed, and appropriate drainage was put in place to keep water away from the foundation. Although not visible in the final product, significant upgrades were made to the gas line serving the pool and BBQ, and to the electrical system serving both new appliances and our outdoor sauna. Also, our in slab water lines were all replaced in a single day and now we don't have to worry about slab leaks like some of our neighbors have experienced. Final touches included a beautiful new cedar door on the sauna and a gorgeous new front dutch door. Throughout the project, Rogerâ s crew was on time, polite, cleaned up daily and responded quickly to requested modifications to the plans. The work was on time and on budget. Not only would we hire him again for the job, weâ re looking forward to having him start phase 2 which will include restoration of our pool, jacuzzi and deck."
