"It went fantastically!!!! Thomas and Tyler listened to my story of the history of my drain issues. They were very polite and professional and open minded to try a few approaches. Thomas, with persistence and expertise, was actually to push a clog through my drain. It was not certain that there was a clog other than the water backing up. My previous plumber was telling me that I had to have another access, tunneling, and egress. He performed the first one last May. Thomas and Taylor worked well together and were so supportive of what I had been through. Thomas even asked if I was on Angie's List and then gave me 10% off the bill which was only $224! I saved thousands of dollars as I almost agreed to have my yard dug up again. I can't say enough about this company and how they hold the bar high for honesty, ethics, professionalism and quality work. Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue.
