It took a while to get started, due to incorrect glass doors and then a damaged shower pan. we had to wait additional time for replacements. At least Bob noticed the glass problem before they started, so we didn't have construction on pause. The work, when finally completed, was top notch and just what we wanted! The construction foreman was very helpful in determining where to install the grab bars and even put extra 2x4 blocks in the wall for anchor points. He was willing to come out same day, but we ended up scheduling first thing the following day. He arrived on-time as promised to clean, descale, and perform a general "check-up" on my aging/13-year old system. The maintenance was performed in a timely fashion, things were reassembled and hot water checked before leaving.
