"This was my first experience with J&S Plumbing, and I was very pleased. The outside discharge pipe from my basement sump pump had developed a leak and was flooding my yard. Despite the fact that the ground was saturated, they were able to dig down, find the leak, repair it, and then did a great job putting back all the mud and grass so that it is level. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber."

"I think they did a good job, but felt it may have been a little on the expensive side. I am by no means an expert on plumbing costs though. That being said, after being without a sink in both upstairs bathrooms for almost a week, I guess you pay it."

"We had a horrible smell in our crawl space and thought we had dead mice down there and found an exterminator on Angi, but it turned out to be a sewer leak and there was sewer water down there. Drains Inc. came out right away and rodded out the sewer pipes. They were completely blocked by tree roots! Tim and his son took care of everything the same day and let us know there was black mold in our crawl space. They recommended a restoration company and they came out the same day. We were very impressed with how fast and professional they were! We’ll definitely call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Thanks so much!"

They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous.
