I do think that $175 for less than an hour of work is a bit high, and they gave me a discount for even that, but I needed a replacement utility sink hooked up in the garage, so I paid for it. I do wish they would have given me their hourly rate, but they bid ;by the job. The one thing I am not going to give them 5 stars for is this: Dalton came out to look at what needed to be done. I told him I would let them know. I had a question later and called to speak to Dalton. He called me back, and after his answer, I said let's get it done. He said he would let the office/scheduler know to call me and set up a time the next day. She/he never called me, so I was not sure it was going to be done the next day, though Dalton did show up around noon which was a nice surprise. So, LS Heating and Cooling, your office staff fell down on the job, Dalton was great!"

"Tammy, Rueben and the whole crew have been amazing! I had a flood in my home back in May which left me heartbroken. Dimension Drywall replaced all my sheetrock, painted the whole 1200 square ft. basement, did the trim and baseboards. They finished the whole job less than a week, cleaned everything up very nice, and even moved my furniture for me. I could not be more pleased with their work and their pricing is very competitive. "Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"DTP Home & Office Inc. completed a major renovation and addition at my home, and now I love my home! It s everything I wanted and more! Thomas regularly communicated with me about scheduling, budgeting, ordering, delivering, installing, inspections, etc. so I knew what to expect each step of the way. There were unanticipated delays due to SDGE, custom ordered doors and windows, and rainy weather; but the end result is that my home is better than I imagined it would be and it was worth it! My primary concern was staying on budget, and Thomas provided options at each phase to ensure the project remained within budget. Thomas treated my home as if it were his own, paying attention to detail and making sure I was ok with what was happening, and then making adjustments if/where needed. He completed most of the work himself and brought in subs with impeccable standards like his own for concrete work as well as installation of new HVAC throughout, hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom counters, shower glass, and stucco. Thomas reviewed my renovation plans for removing two walls to reconfigure and expand the kitchen, and made suggestions to the kitchen layout to create a more functional flow and an overall better use of the space available. To create an open concept floor plan, a wall was removed between the kitchen and a bedroom and we also took down most of the load bearing wall and then installed a flush header. We relocated the sink and stovetop then added an L shape cabinet configuration, double oven, spacious pantry, conter-depth fridge, dishwasher, service window, and a solid slab island with 7 cabinets for storage and seating for 5. The galley kitchen I previously had was closed off from the dining room and living room, was lacking storage and functionality and was really only a one-butt kitchen. Now everything has a place, there s ample room for food prep as well as cooking, and the kitchen is the heart of the home where we all love to gather, even as a family of 20+ for the holidays. Slight adjustments to the plans for the 500sqft addition also maximized the use of space to create a peaceful new master suite (bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet), while still including the generous corridor with French doors and sidelights, a laundry room filled with sunlight, and a covered patio. I am so happy with this renovation/addition and the overall transformation of my home. It was such a pleasure working with Thomas. He is kind, professional, organized, and extremely capable as a general contractor. I highly recommend Thomas for your home projects."

We reached out when we got water in our basement - Andrew came out the next day and gave us a quote, he explained the issue, how to stop the issue and gave us some options. We liked his honestly and went with KC foundation repair and excavation for our job. It took us some time to get the money together, but once we did they were able to come out and do the repair 2 weeks later. The guys were all kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They explained everything going on and answered all questions. The work was done quickly and we don't have water in the basement anymore. They put piers in under our front stoop, installed carbon fiber straps, installed dimple board and drain tile, installed an additional sump pump, and filled a huge crack in our basement wall.
