"Wonderful experience with Five Star Bath Solutions from start to finish. David was very friendly and knowledgeable during the zero pressure consultation. The crew was punctual and answered all my questions, while providing excellent workmanship and cleanup afterward. Lisa did a great job proving scheduling updates along the way. Project manager Kyle even jumped in to install three faucets at project end. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone."

"Everything was done in a timely manner and the work area was cleaned up and not left in a huge mess. The experience of this company shows and I would hire again if I needed a plumber for the future."

"Mr. Barberi is knowledgeable and courteous."

"Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better."

"Very happy with my new Liberation walkin tub.I also love the special toilet. They also installed a sink/vanity for me. I recommend them if you want quality work."

"I had the tub/shower combination removed & replaced with a new acrylic shower, new plumbing fixtures and glass doors. The work performed was suburb! My new shower is beautiful and I love it!"

"We had previously hired someone to waterproof our basement but it severely failed. Once AFS came and accessed the crawl space, they implemented a new system. Our crawl space is amazing now and the team Quadarrius, Jovian, and Dallas were professional, informative, and proficient! Colt my representative walked me through everything before during and after! I love this company and recommend their services to anyonet!"

"Don P. was great! He explained exactly what we needed to do and told us how to order the parts and save money. Thank you"

"The service technician called when he was running late. He did not install all of the plumbing fixtures the way I wanted them initially. I had to call several times to have him come back to fix a minor issue. Work was completed well."
