HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. After dealing with so many plumbers, I was very emotional & he was patient, kind & made sure I fully understood the problem & how they were going to fix it.
