"We just had extensive renovations to both our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Ed and Pierce did an outstanding job. Ed went above and beyond to make a difficult design challenge work in the downstairs bathroom and all three gentlemen (including Neal) battled heat and tight spaces to make our dream of a walk-in, doorless, rain shower work in our upstairs bathroom. They were polite, respectful of our property, and very willing to answer any questions and concerns that we had. We couldn't be happier with their work."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
