"I couldn't find the category for gas piping. This Father and son team replaced a gas pipe to my outdoor grill that was leaking. They removed the old leaking pipe and installed a new black iron pipe and painted it and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain everything to me while they did the job and even took photos in the crawl space so I can see without having to go in there myself."

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. Their planning, thoughtfulness to our needs, price is why we chose them. As the summer heat spikes, we don’t regret our choice and are glad that our home is an oasis. Every time they come out, we ask for more things to be done than what was agreed to and every time they work to extra hard to get it all done. They go the extra mile in doing some simple projects for free and giving advice on how to lower our costs as new homeowners. I have been able to call or text them about issues or ideas and get advice with out the pressure to buy services. That’s not something you find in just any company. Their staff has always been polite, clean, and diligent about getting the job right the first time. "Jeremy, our journeyman plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. I think if some rookie or sophomore plumber encountered the slight uneven floor for the toilet install they may have backed out of the project but seeing Jeremy work his skills made the install a breeze. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it."
